Our HIGH GUARD premium contractor series adjustable energy-absorbing lanyards, also known as adjustable shock-absorbing lanyards, are used to connect the worker to a secure anchor point. The snap hook nearest to the energy absorber attaches to the dorsal (back) D-ring of the harness and the other connects to the anchor point.
FEATURES:
• 310 energy absorber
• 3-6ft Adjustable single leg
• Clear heat shrink tubing protects the label and enables inspection of the energy absorber
• Available with snap and scaffold hook connectors
SPECIFICATIONS:
• 1 3/4 inch (45 mm) HIGH GUARD woven polyester webbing with (Minimum tensile strength of 5000 lbs. 23 kN)
• Snap and scaffold hook minimum break load 5000 lbs. (23 kN) and gate rating of 3600 lbs. (16 kN)
• Maximum deployment length is 11.4 ft. (3.5 m)
• Maximum free fall distance CANNOT exceed 6 ft. (1.8 m)
• Maximum capacity including clothing and equipment must be at least 110 Lbs. (50 kg) and not exceed 310 Lbs. (140 kg)
