Introducing the new MLR Grizzly V2. The Grizzly V2 has a slightly longer pintle to allow for a additional pin hole that enables users to rotate the plate 90 degrees before securing it to the vehicle for more predictable vertical rigging. This rigging plate was designed and built to be used in roadside rescues or portable rigging scenarios using vehicles as anchors or changes of direction. The 7 hole rigging plate is fixed to a solid 2” aluminum bar which fits into the trailer receiver on most vehicles. Boasting a break strength of 30,000 lbs (134 kN) GRIZZLY exceeds the requirements of NFPA 2500. It has 7 oversized holes that are large enough to completely rotate oversized NFPA G Rated connectors. The smooth hitch pin hole allows the GRIZZLY to not only be attached to the rear receiver on a vehicle but also when attached to a sling and girthed around a guard rail, tree, wheel, vehicle subframe. The GRIZZLY is made in the USA and CNC machined out of a solid piece of aluminum then bolted to another piece of solid aluminum to return maximum strength and durability. While the GRIZZLY was designed and built as a rope rescue device and portable rigging point, its high break strength widens the field of use.
• The GRIZZLY is not for vehicle recovery or towing!
• Exceeds tests for NFPA 2500 (G), MBS 134 kN
