To help reduce lead time and assist with pricing, these eyes and eyes are sewn in-house at MLR's Professional Splice Shop. The strength and certifications of these terminations are equivalent to those of factory-certified options. However, if you prefer a factory termination, please feel free to contact us directly, and we would be happy to place a special order for you.
Lanyard for prusik knots. The composition of this rope resists heating.
The sheathing of the Phoenix rope is made of the latest generation of aramid fibre which is more UV resistant over time.
The Phoenix has been developed for tying different kinds of hitches and works as the perfect brake on arborist climbing ropes. The sheath of this cord is manufactured from the latest generation aramid fibres which are highly resistant to heat, wear and UV radiation. The Phoenix is available in 8mm or 10mm diameter as a lanyard with 2 stitched eyes from 65cm up to 110cm, and for different applications we also have the Phoenix available in 100 & 200m rope boxes. At the start of 2020 we replaced the traditional heat shrink tube with a molded polymer end protector as a finishing touch. Certification: CE EN795-B (only as a lanyard)

In order to recognize the different diameters:
- White stitching for the 8 mm.
- Black stitching for the 12 mm
- Grey stitching for the 10 mm
