The SOVAR is a reciprocating descender designed to meet the needs and requirements of all rescue and evacuation situations.
It allows several people to be evacuated very quickly one after the other, without handling ropes between 2 people. It is relatively light (900 grams) and works in extreme conditions.
It is very easy to clean and the annual check can be done like a classic PPE check.
The SOVAR is an assembly of 2 manual descending tools, with a rope and quick links.
It is composed of:
• A double descender
• 30, 60 or 100 meters of rope as standard (customization on request according to your needs).
• 2 quick links to connect to the mooring connector.
• Optional: mooring connector with integrated swivel.
The device (SOVAR, quick links, rope) is certified EN 341 type 2 class C
